HBO's In Treatment is actually an almost identical copy of Israeli show BeTipul. And the screenplay is adopted by many countries. Let's take a look the set of cast of their first season and decide which one is your favorite. (I personal choice is the Israeli one).

Okay as a young male I watch porn. (You understand it, right? ...No? ...Why?) Like all the boys all around the world exploring sexuality, at first I watched low quality cheap porns on videotapes and then came the Internet and then the pornography industry went corporate. The companies hire more girls and make more sexual posters/magazines/videos. Some of them are super gorgeous, as below shows. And sorry, there is no Hugh Hefner's Playmates here.

I personally respect all men and women, including those who work in porn/sex industry. I know many of them have very serious drug, health or psychology problems and this is not a good job compare to what you have to give. So please keep your respect too.
